About Jensen Law Office

Angela received her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 1992. She began working for Idaho Legal Aid Services in Pocatello in 1992, where she was Managing Attorney for a number of years.  Angela has done a wide variety of work with issues regarding elder law over the past 27 years, including guardianship/conservatorship, adoptions, advance directives,  Wills and Special Needs Trusts,  Medicaid, and long-term care estate planning. Angela has given various presentations throughout Southeastern Idaho regarding grandparents raising grandchildren, guardianship and conservatorship, and other elder law issues. Angela was a Committee member of the Idaho Supreme Court Guardianship and Conservatorship Pilot Project of which the primary purpose was to establish and monitor a project to determine the effective practices for the administration and reviewing of guardianships and conservatorships in 6 pilot counties in Idaho. The project was successful and has now been implemented statewide. In March of 2009, Angela opened her private practice specializing in elder law issues. From May 2010 to May 2011, Angela served as the Sixth District Bar President. From September 2018 to May 2019, Angela served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Sixth District Bar Family Law Section, and from September 2019 to May 2020, she served as Chair of the Sixth District Bar Family Law Section.
